Sorry, but that is BS. You can't say 3rd down and then change it to 4th. Once you started the play, you have to stick with the down you said it was.

Also, you should have your crap together and not lose track of downs so this simply doesn't matter. I wasn't paying close attention to the game to see how this happened.
