That this team is much better than many here believe, and when you gave up they responded and tied the game?

The big picture is this team was a pile of hot garbage last summer, worse than anyone could imagine. But that doesn’t mean we’re a bottom feeder as some of you chicken littles claimed in THIS thread. 

  

Hell, every time you say they’re playing flat, or that we can’t score, they prove you wrong. But I can’t see the big picture. 

The bigger picture is that the game shouldn't be this close. This team is still a pile of hot garbage, whether or not you care to admit it to not. Four TOs and 10+ penalties are unacceptable.

Keep an eye on Illinois' linebackers. They are really starting to bite down hard when Wan'Dale runs.

Something has to eventually open up deep for the tight end or other receivers.
