About every QB starting on a good team is a dual threat. Even TL can scoot. If he means someone who runs as a second option then I agree. 

Dual threat as in can fumble or throw INT?

I guess I don't understand why we went away from running Scott on that 3rd series on offense? He was running all over Illinois so of course we go away from it and do nothing with the ball. Why can't we get smart coaches here?

Sometimes it sure feels that way. But Scott’s offense as has been stated has a lot of ball handling from the QBs. It creates a lot of turnovers for the defense but also fools them a lot too. High risk high reward.
