Yep.  Y'all can hate this comment, but the sh!t show we have seen the past two years is not all the kids....Coaching has A LOT to do with it.

AND I AM NOT SAYING FIRE FROST, but he needs to do some serious soul searching after this season.  I have a bad feeling he won't be doing in extra coaching after Thanksgiving.  Spend time looking at every facet of your program.  Staff, scheme, play calling, getting some one who knows the B1G.  Offer Larry Johnson a million to come here....

This program is bigger than any one person. Fire Dewitt, fire Chinander. Get Ruud in as interim DC and find somebody else to handle ST duties. We need a Brent Venables/Kevin Steele splash hire. Pay the next DC $3 million a year. f#&% it!

Ruud cant coach the inside backers to run in the right direction he should be a ga at best
