Rhule is legitimately a poor game manager. He really needs some better coaches to elevate that.

We have Iowa not able to move the ball and our offense is not taking advantage of the opportunities. Ferentz will get it together after half time.

Get what together?  Iowa is horrible and their players are not going to become magically good at football by the second half.

Their only chance is to toss the ball deep and hope for a lucky catch or some flags.
