In all seriousness, if I were SE, Riley would get the Solich option. "X" staff is gone or your are. That is all. I will need your decision in the morning as Tom Herman is waiting to see if he needs to resign form Houston or not.

He has shown a history of making bad choices and his mechanics fall apart.
Can you imagine Bo giving him a full-on butt-chewing like he did at T-Martinez and it helping at all? I cannot.

Tommy has shown little/no improvement with his mechanics, and I really haven't seen him take much initiative in trying to get better. At least Martinez made a concerted effort in the offseason to go work with specialists in an effort to improve his game.

In all fairness, Tommy did start out strong. But I don't see where there was effort on the part of this staff to reinforce what he picked up in the off-season, and he faded/reverted back as the season wore on.

At this rate, I wouldn't be shocked to see Tommy transfer to a FCS school--he's not going to get anything worthwhile out of this staff, and they certainly don't know how to utilize his talents effectively.

Shame that these useless coaches are cashing their checks. If I were them, I would pack my sh#t, leave an "I am sorry" note for the fans, and get out of town. Reily had the loser look on his face the entire game...he looked defeated from the get go. That is what loser coaches look like. Expecting 0.500 coaches to suddenly become winners is dreaming of riding rainbows.

 
Blame coaches if you must. TA made awful throws and went away from primary route on 2 of them. He was awful today and we couldnt afford that. The 4th and 1 play was open. TA went elsewhere with the ball, not on coaches. Bad qb play did us in today

TA gets the snap and immediately looks to the end zone..... The play might have had additional routes, TA did not

well I guess my question though is the fade the called play and primary receiver? I mean I just have a hard time believing it was langsdorf and not Tommie being too brazen
 
With a coach who was .546 getting here, less than that now who brought a .500 staff that was wrought with penalties and mistakes. not to mention completely abandoning the roots which made you great.

Riley's look on his face had to do nothing in regard to Tommy's decision making. SMH.

I doubt we'll be able to outbid Texass (since their crack-pipe dream of Saban won't happen), but I'd love to see him here.

I wonder if we could get Norm Chow as OC for a year or two. IIRC, he was going to retire after his time at Hawaii...

My bad. TA IMO. He snaps and immediately sets to throw to his right and deep. Did not look to his left and the WIDE open Carter.....
