Looks to me like some rassler or promoter I've seen before but can't remember his name..Seems like he wore sparkly gold underbritches with matching booties.

Close...But I think the guy I was thinking of was older, had straighter hair in a bowl cut?, and a fuller face.

I first thought Million Dollar guy, but pics don't matchup..

My guy looks a lot like the LL coach wearing a blonde Pete Rose wig.
