Myths of maltreatment?!?! I've personally been to Colorado and seen tires slashed and have had stuff thrown at me in the stands and parking lots. I haven't been to Columbia, but have heard much of the same. Look on here...some guy innocently asked if there was a bar to go to and a Tiger fan comes on to tell him the WORST place to go. Tiger message boards talk about beating up Husker fans. Myths...yep.

You're right, I'd give my left nut to have been at the end of the bench suited up for Nebraska. Well, my right one I guess...I gave up my left one for that night with Erin Andrews...but that's another story. Nebraska has one of the best walk on traditions of all time...and a lot of their bio's probably read the same way. However to suggest that this is 'crossing the line' is ridiculous...you know...because saying some random football player looks like a guy with downs syndrome, a husky lesbian or a dead animal is tasteful and is totally acceptable.

I'll make sure that every time I post a look-alike I'm not 'mean'...I'll make sure that the look alikes are high-profile celebrities, models and overall high-regarded persons.

Sorry, but I am not a big believer of trolling your site to report back to Allbuffs so it will have to be someone else I guess. I guess I am just overly sensitive to the "little guys" that work their asses off to try and achieve something regardless of the team that they are on, trust me, I am no Tiger lover. I hate Notre Dame as much as anyone, but I do love the movie Rudy, I was sick to my stomach when Alex Henry made that kick last year, but what a great moment it was for him. So perhaps I over reacted to the benchwarmer comparison, but I am envious of the kid regardless of his spot on the depth chart for I would have loved to been on a college football team when I was younger, I would have loved to been a Buff, but for my lack of playing skill if anyone had came knocking on my door I would have jumped at the opportunity. So with that said enjoy your thread. I will be outside slashing tires :P

There are several fans of other teams who post here and their contributions are welcome and stimulating. This allegory will be taking the situation to the Nth degree but if the parties in the middle-east could get along as well as we do there might be a lot less dying going on over there.
