I’ve started low carb but essentially keto around that 20-30 per day. Started Monday and have dropped 5 as of this morning. Some I’m sure water weight.Dont know if this is the place to discuss it but ive lost around 30 lbs. I can honestly say i dont know how this is sustainable but if you want to drop a bunch of weight you can do it fairly easy. You are allowed anywhere from 20-30 per day. But im diabetic and it keeps my blood sugar in total control which is crutial for diabetics.
