Game just as advertised.  A high scoring-crappy defense game.

Cav has his boys fired up to play today. Might be the first time I've said that since he's been here. Farniok looks good at RT too. Looks the part.

Our offense is answering.

But our defense has about two choices ..

A.) Stop playing base defense.

or

B.) Beg Oregon to at least spit on it or lube us up first while we touch our toes

I was in that crowd as well.  I'm just sayin everyone thought this week would be different - diaco just hiding tricks up his sleeve blah blah blah

I remember being told I was just focused on only Diaco's mediocre/bad seasons and failed to see his one good year at ND.

I am waiting for the year we have both and offense, defense and special teams....This year, seems like we finally have an O that can score multiple ways and all the parts fit the system and we have a non-existent D that has already allowed almost 200 yards in one quarter....

My bad on dissing the D..  Maybe its the scheme of the plays/coverage.

Bo had defenses with a pulse post Suh.  Diacco had been crapping the bed ever since losing Nix, Tuitt, Teo, etc

Yeah, even Bankers D might have been adequate with the firepower we have on O

He had all world talent in 2012. Like looking at NU in 2009/2010 and thinking that was indicative of Bo's D.....
