I've seen 2 plays so far he's basically just given up.  If I saw that during film, his arse would be on the bench the next game.

The HC should make them run bull in the ring drill talking about the one where the offensive best elusive lil s#!t stands in the middle and the defense players hit him until someone can get him  to fall. Learn how to make some f'ing contact.
