In his defense, he has been much better as of late.  But still a major issue

Snap issues have been going on for 2 years.  That’s on coaching leadership.  If the kid’s that talented, put him in a different seat on the bus if you can’t coach him to snap consistently after 2 freaking years. It’s hurt the whole team at critical times in games we’ve lost.
