I think there is already improvement in the weight room, but in many cases our OL is still undersized.  Frost is bringing in taller bodies....the 6'5" to 6'9" type guys....which will help them hold more weight while having strength and reach.
What was the stat I saw...

I think average NFL OL is 6'4, 315lbs, and the average Minnesota OL this year is 6'6 340lbs? Yes they have one guy who skews that average a bit, but that size is what Scott wants. These recruits get him there. 

 
He is the type of OL guys that Wisky and Minny go for.   Large human beings that can move a pile.   I like that for the inside guys.   Then you throw in the long arms that help in pass-pro and you got a guy that is hard to get around.   Plus with that build he also has a chance to play on the edge but if that doesn't work he always has a home inside.
