from what i've been reading does he really have his mind made up between basketball and football? i think iowa was the school he was pumped on because they would let him do both...... personally i think he should just come to nebraska and stick with football.. or from what i've heard the basketball team needs help too....
At one level you almost want the kid to not commit early so he can accumulate a sick offer list and lots of stars, cuz you know if he signs N early he'll be a two-star.Iowa has offered.
Think his 100 is actually even faster than that, in the 11's.Those measurables can't be accurate, can they? A 280 pound high school sophomore who runs a 12 second 100 yard dash and benches 365? That's unreal.
Schoff is probably the #1 player in the state for 2012 and very likely a 4-star. Of course he's a better prospect than Cotton. That doesn't mean that Cotton wasn't worth taking though. Have you watched his senior film? Most skeptics that have may not be totally on board, but come away saying "Better than I thought".How can his track times be inflated....
As for recruiting him, I think he's a better bet than some Nebraska products. Especially those with the surname Cotton :LOLtartar
Bump.
Rivals has a teaser about Mike that says a "minor" injury set him back and kept him from attending camp. That does not sound like how one would describe an ACL tear. Any info?
