It's not everything, but Nick Herbig (15 rated OLB) is a 4* with almost the exact same measurables and 4.9 40.

I agree, it's just a small piece of the puzzle. I'm still surprised by it, as I am with Herbig.

I'm not sure we were pushing terribly hard here.
