Old Man Holtz is a MORON

You all missed the best part of this back and forth. At the very end Holtz said that part of the responsibilty also falls on....gulp....the FANS!?!?!?!?! "You've got to be a lot more patient" was his exact words. Thankfully, both Rece and May pooh poohed that as nonsense.

 
Holtz is an idiot.....We call him "Granny Lou" down here in Ga., because he and Granny Clampett look to have been separated at birth. He hates Ga, because we used to beat him while he was at South Carolina, and believe me, we dislike him as much down here as y'all do up there.

I heard that too and I was just shaking my head!!! I wonder if coaches are like doctors....they all stick together? I think maybe the situation at Nebraska is too close to home for him as maybe this is what happened to him when he was fired at Notre Dame??

I recorded the show last night and just watched it.

Why ESPN keeps Lou Holtz is beyond me. He's senile!

I just watched him try to argue that the problem with our defense isn't with Cosgrove, but with the players. He also said "the fans need to be more patient".

Mark May couldn't believe what Holtz was saying. He said that Osborne needs to cut the check and get rid of Callahan and save our once proud program.
