On the field vs Up in the box

I thought JP was on the field vs being in the box but he is actually in the box along with Els and Raymond. I am surprised they have 3 defensive guys in the box. Maybe they should move Els down to the field.

I can see why they want several coaches up on the box. Seems like it would be easier to spot things up there. Maybe those three have keen eyes for seeing what needs to be adjusted. Or exploited.
