When are we going to tar and feather @default_28 for choosing steak?!
So, I have this thing about eating under cooked meat. Yes I know that makes me weird and it’s an unpopular opinion I just can’t bring myself to eat steak if it’s not cooked to a crisp. But when you tell people you want your steak well done you get judged like a puppy killer. So, that’s why I wouldn’t mind if it disappeared.@knapplc @JJ Husker @suh_fan93

But not less effort than crab legs I would say.Ribs are the easy answer. So many other parts of the pig/cow that are better, with less effort and waste.

If it's about the texture, then cooking it to a crisp is the only way I'm aware of. But if your concern is about germs/bacteria, then I suggest learning about sous vide cooking method where you can cook the crap out of the steak but it'll still be medium-rare.So, I have this thing about eating under cooked meat.
