I like to move. These are all teams that have made some noise and recent years. I know the market is tiny, but would’ve liked to have seen Wyoming join this group. They have produced a lot of talent and been a very competitive team the last few years. Too bad they couldn’t have added BYU, Utah, SMU, and some others before they joined the big 12.
They need to get to 8 teams for the NCAA to get an automatic bid for March Madness. UNLV, Wyoming, New Mexico, New Mexico State are all possibilities if they want to stick to the Mountain & Pacific time zones.I like to move. I lived in Las Vegas for 10 years. I have been to 20+ UNLV games. I used to listen/watch Husker games then head out to the Rebel games.
In the age of NIL?? If the money in LV ever really wanted to back the Rebels??
I would go after them if I was the Pac 12. I also might look at Gonzaga and St. Marys as non-FB schools.
Rebels have a huge game tonight with Kansas.

I still think their best path forward is to merge with the MWC and keep the Pac 12 name. They would be able to merge all the assets from both conferences and not pay any exit/poaching fees.
Forget the PAC, move UNLV to the Big 12. Already won at Houston and at Kansas this year.I lived in Las Vegas for 10 years. I have been to 20+ UNLV games. I used to listen/watch Husker games then head out to the Rebel games.
