OU is the obvious pick, but this has all the makings of another Ohio State Miami battle ala last year's Fiesta Bowl.

Im definitely rooting for the Spooners though, but am a bit worried. Saban is a great coach. We need this win for the sake of the Big 12, who up to this point has looked pathetic overall. :(

 
OU is looking rusty tonight too. Wow, just blocked a punt on the 2 yd ln. nice.

I think TTech and NU are the only teams that have won. Pretty weak. OSU and KSU lost, who else played again?

 
Yes OU is getting dominated. SToops wasnt too happy when Swann called LSU the best defense. :lol: that was funny. thought he was gonna rip his head right off.

What the hell is wrong with White? hand must be jacked up.

man is anyone else sick of this whole nokia abortion of a marketing campaign w/ Snoop frog? terrible. Snoop w/ all the ladies and a bunch of uncoordianted white people in the background looking stupid. so typical and sickening. nokia sucks. Go away!! Im starting to like the AP & Rose bowl better. less bs commercials!! :angry:

 
OU is impotent, but LSU looks very mean. That defense is NASTY. They are making

White look undeserving of the Heisman.

 
Well.. it ended up being a 7-point ballgame.. man that was great to watch.. even better since LSU held on. And LSU and USC ended up being co-champs... hmm, never saw that one coming.

 
Pretty good game. wouldve liked to see OU at their best though. Man they just put a clown suit on White. Now all the hacks in the media feel their arguement is validated that White shouldnt have won the Heisman. I still say he WAS the best player throughout the majority of the season, the award isnt a popularity contest. the media does that every year. and OU was the best TEAM the majority of the year, so they DID deserve to be there. The system is what it is, and its the best we have right now, so you have to accept it.

anyway, kind of disappointed in the Big 12 bowl performance. OU is gonna be mean next year though. they should be good and pissed off by the time we roll down to Norman :)

 
I agree that OU was still the best over the whole year. They started running out of

gas it seemed toward the end of the season. I think that had a lot to do with the fact

that White was having injury problems. He has to play WELL for the team to do well.
