Even if what Bo says is true, this was the absolute least appropriate way to go about it, and is why I doubt what he says is true.

maybe bo should have worked harder to earn his boss' respect. whose respect has bo earned?Disagree here. A boss avoiding his employees?and can anyone blame eichorst for avoiding bo? bo hated him from the first time he met him. so, maybe, once again, bo should have taken some responsibility on the chilly relationship. How many employees does your boss have? Did your boss hire you?Right or wrong, i am concerned if we have a leader who only saw a guy he just fired 7-8 times for 20 minutes all year. I have seen my boss for more than 20 minutes today alone.
Seems like a cowardly move. I dont care what Bo thinks of me, i call him in to my office and I check in on him.
Can a relationship be fixed by just ignoring him?
I get Bo is a tough guy to deal with, but he strikes me as a"respect guy". You earn his respect by making it clear where you stand. If he doesnt like it, then he can leave, but at least he makes it clear to Bo what is expected of him.
Only a lunatic? Simply not true. The man isnt a lunatic. He would be called fiery if his record was better. But we wouldnt be in this mess if that were true.it was not justified and only a lunatic is incapable of not holding their tongue.I dont like the way Bo threw the administration under the bus, even if it was justified or not. These kids dont need to carry a chip on their shoulder, most will be staying. I know he loves his players and thats why this probably hurt him to the point he felt this rant necessary. Im not condoning it. The relationship between he and Eichorst clearly was toxic. A parting was necessary.
i imagine in bo's myopic, persecution complex mind, eichorst did not "avoid" him. he just did not coddle bo as bo saw fit.Even if what Bo says is true, this was the absolute least appropriate way to go about it, and is why I doubt what he says is true.
please link to other coaches who have called their ad words i cannot even post on this board. and this is his second time of going on a psychotic rant against imaginary foes.Only a lunatic? Maybe the rest of his staff was alright, but, I don't want that toxicity lingering around the program if it could be an issue.I do think, however slight the chance was to begin with, this hurts Kaz's chances of being kept on Riley's staff. Bo mentioned just him a few times by name and makes it seem like they think the same.
Honestly, I don't think Kaz would have wanted to be retained by Riley. I am sure Kaz has plenty of contacts in the coaching ranks, and can land another gig. He won't be unemployed long.I do think, however slight the chance was to begin with, this hurts Kaz's chances of being kept on Riley's staff. He's not a psychopath, he's a lunatic. Two very different things.Lol the man is gone and guys on this message board think trying to convince people online that Bo is a psychopath will somehow mean something.
