OWH: Bo Pelini insults A.D. Shawn Eichorst in expletive-filled rant during final meeting with players

Even if what Bo says is true, this was the absolute least appropriate way to go about it, and is why I doubt what he says is true.

and can anyone blame eichorst for avoiding bo? bo hated him from the first time he met him. so, maybe, once again, bo should have taken some responsibility on the chilly relationship.

Seems like a cowardly move. I dont care what Bo thinks of me, i call him in to my office and I check in on him.

Can a relationship be fixed by just ignoring him?

I get Bo is a tough guy to deal with, but he strikes me as a"respect guy". You earn his respect by making it clear where you stand. If he doesnt like it, then he can leave, but at least he makes it clear to Bo what is expected of him.

please link to other coaches who have called their ad words i cannot even post on this board. and this is his second time of going on a psychotic rant against imaginary foes.

 
I do think, however slight the chance was to begin with, this hurts Kaz's chances of being kept on Riley's staff. Bo mentioned just him a few times by name and makes it seem like they think the same.

Maybe the rest of his staff was alright, but, I don't want that toxicity lingering around the program if it could be an issue.

Honestly, I don't think Kaz would have wanted to be retained by Riley. I am sure Kaz has plenty of contacts in the coaching ranks, and can land another gig. He won't be unemployed long.
