Biggest thing about making a bowl game is the extra practices.

Because we definitely need them.

Yeah, that's why I want one.

But, let's win another game before worrying about hypothetical's. At this point I"m not even taking Purdue for granted.

I have mixed feelings. A bowl does mean extra practice time and another game to watch. At the same time I'm definitely against a 5-7 team being in a bowl. I love bowl season but they've jumped the shark if teams with losing records are getting in.

Hey I'm all for making a bowl game at 5-7 for the extra practice. However, I don't think that is something I'd openly brag about. More practice the better...however I hope it's only something me and u realize instead of bob and joe from South Carolina knows what's going on

First we have to get to 5 wins. This game Saturday will be telling to see if we will get there or not.

Second, I'd be curious at the fan support at one of these bowl games. Say we wind up in Dallas or Detroit, would Husker fans still travel to the game? I can't imagine the bowl in Detroit against freakin Central Michigan would draw flies

The Pinstripe Bowl is the most likely and, in all honesty, pretty cool. I would try to head up from PA for it
