P & R Forum

OK again obviously this should be taken very seriously but why is it so crazy to think false flag is a possibility? We are talking about the same people that tried to overturn a legitimate election. "He got shot in the ear that's a close call for a false flag" people get 'shot' in movies all the time and blood comes out but no real rounds were fired. To say it's not possible is honestly dumb to me. I'd say it's more likely that it was a legitimate assassination attempt but false flag cannot be ruled out at this point in time. There isn't enough information.

I dabble in competitive shooting, and a buddy of mine is a Sheriff/Detective/SWAT sniper team leader, and literally does overwatch as a side gig. Speaking from a technical aspect.. the people making these comments are speaking from ignorance and stupidity. I'm not a fan of Trump, at all. But this is hypocritical AF.

Yeah, people are saying a lot of really ill-advised thing, but the false flag narrative is certainly quite popular on social media. I expected to see a fair amount of it floating around here, as well. I agree that a lot of what's being said in there is coming from a place of ignorance and stupidity.

That's always been part of the issue with P&R, though - half the people in that forum love to say silly things but then grief people on the other side of the aisle when they do it.

Sucks that Biden had to step aside because he had a cold.

And BigRedBuster has posted two Tweets that even Twitter noted are completely false.

But it's definitely on those on the right that are the partisan hacks and post bulls#!t.

I used to enjoy the P&R forum but these days I just don't really have the heart to discuss politics with people. Too many people post too many asinine takes and at the end of the day trying to debate with them is fruitless and accomplishes nothing. It's so much harder than football where you can look at a lot of objective metrics and things aren't really partisan (unless a coach is on the hot seat which, dear God, I think we could use a long break from that).

The knapp's, archy's, moiraine's, etc. of the world just don't really make it an enjoyable experience. I suppose it's a microcosm of the crap place our country's politics is in, in general.
