Pecan Cheeseball:

2-(8-oz.) Pkgs. Cream Cheese, Softened

1-(10-oz.) Pkg. Cracker Barrel Extra-Sharp Cheese, Shredded

2 T. Pimento, Diced

2 T. Onion, Diced

2 T. Green Pepper, Diced

1 T. Lemon Juice

1-1/2 T. Worcestershire Sauce

Dashes Of Cayenne Pepper-(To Taste)

1 Pkg. Pecans, Chopped

Your Favorite Crackers

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except for pecans.

Shape into ball, football, roll or whatever you like.

Put chopped pecans on plate or pie pan. Roll cheeseball to coat all sides, top & bottom.

Cover and chill. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before use so it is soft enough to slice.

Serve with your favorite crackers.
