Pretty much exactly how they thought. He had one great game (Game 3). In the other four games, he was 12-36 (33%) from the floor, 4-20 (20%) on threes, and had 9 assists against 13 turnovers.

 
Bummer to see him not get drafted, but hopefully he can make some noise in the D-league and maybe get called up to an NBA team.

Feel bad for Knicks fans if that European big man doesn't work. Stephen A Smith was going off about it on ESPN on Sportscenter afterward and he was on vacation.

 
I was hoping a team that tried him out would see something. I still think he has an outside shot to make a team, but with all these european/oversea players who can be stashed away for a few years, it was going to be a tough uphill climb.

A lot of good players didnt get drafted..

I hope he gets paid out in Europe.

Great fit for TP. He has a lot to prove and a nitty gritty team like the Hawks will help him make his mark and show what he is all about. There is a real chance he could make an impact especially because their picks were 50 and 59. Plus there is uncertainty with Carroll and Millsap coming back.
