Pizza Oven

Does the electric Ninja use wood pellets? I was just glancing at their website
Yep!

It has a little side compartment for the pellets.  It doesn't seem to use a lot of pellets.  It does seem to create a very consistent heat though, unlike mine which is propane.

Yeah the compartment looked pretty small. Just enough to get some flavor.

Kinda wish we had bought some other Ninja products. We have a blender and just got a food processor and they both work so well

The Ninja Pizza Oven is super well built, it just feels sturdy.

And I am no kidding, that thing cooks your pizza in 3 minutes.

Are you making your own dough too?
So I do a few different things.

I buy some raw premade pizza doughs that is in the fridge section of the store.  Those are nice.

I buy some pre made dough that you have to add water and oil to but it has been not easy to work with.

Then I buy one that you can actually cook on the paper that it comes on and that one is super nice.

I need to get some cornmeal because the stuff sticks to the pizza peel like crazy even when I use flour.

I might also do this

Didn't you say your friends had an Ooni?  Did you happen to try pizza from it and if so, what did you think?

That heat just changes everything.  That electric Ninja was great, really kept a high temp.
The pizza was really good. I think it took 2-3 minutes, but I don't remember exactly.

Cool. I wasn't sure if the temps would be an issue for certain tables. I see you can get a stand for the Ninja ones
Yeah, the one I had (I just returned it so I can get the Ninja) was super hot on the outside by not hot at all by the legs.

I would check FB marketplace if you are looking to get one.  I am just going to buy my friends for 100 less than the new Ninja would be.  He has only used it twice, I love it, but he is not a big pizza guy.

Okay, got the Ninja 5-1 Woodfire Oven

1.  No assembly at all, nice

2.  Sturdy

3. Easily gets to 700+ and it is electric.

4.  Cooked pizzas in 2 minutes and they were great

5.  Did some wings in it as well, came out great, but it is still hard to beat the air fryer for wings.
