Plans for the first game?

With our big plans for the CU game on Sep. 7 and a 10:00 kickoff in Denver, it will be a low-key game day at our house.  I will watch the game, my son will probably be hanging out on the couch with me.  It's supposed to be great weather on Saturday, so we may hit the links after the game.

Going to put the TV in the garage and fire the smoker up for some ribs.  Watch the game and play some yard games with the family.

Coffee (Irish...) and donuts at the PBA tailgate before...then snacks and beers afterwards as we watch the national games on satellite tv that the next stall neighbors set up every week

I expect to be one of the first people by the stadium with a 5:30 departure from Omaha.  Will be tailgating in the North stadium lot watching the sunrise chuckleshuffle

I was planning on smoking up pork belly burnt ends and a brisket and having a bunch of peeps over, some had a change of plans so instead of 15 people I'm only having 4 0r 5 ,so no pork belly.

Blasphemy.  You already will have the smoker going.  Might as well make the burnt ends also!  Then again I have been known to load up the smoker when it’s just me so I can freeze the leftovers. I think I myself have decided upon pulled pork and belly burnt ends this weekend.
