I say fire Callahan right now and promote Watson to Interim Head Coach. This lets the entire world know that we are looking for a head coach and lets this staff know they need to look for jobs.

However, PEDERSON MUST BE FIRED ALSO, he is the one who got us into this, and I sure as hell don't want him trying to get us out.

Why would we want him??? He didn't do crap when he was at Miami. No way do I want that guy. I don't care who Pederson wants because he needs to be gone as well.

Never said NU should hire him or would want him just answering the question of who would be dumb enough to take this job with Pedey as AD.

It should have sent up a RED FLAG that this was Pederson first pick at the very begining.

Didn't his Pittsburgh team just get beat by Navy? Good god, we do not want another NFL reject. Get a young up-and-comer, that can breathe life back into this program. We're about to become Iowa State.

I like the idea of firing Pederson, Callahan, and Cosgrove right now.

Who I would like to see take their spots until the end of the season...

AD- Tom Osborne (This would hopefully be a long term deal, not just until the end of the season!)

HC- Shawn Watson

DC- Buddy Wyatt

Then lets look at this guy names Pollini... Pederson is gone, please come back!

 
man what a game, come on husker fans what's wrong with you? We hung 14 on em,,,, I bet A & M is quaking in their boots.

Step one, Fire Pederson effective immediately.

Step two, play the rest of the season with Coz and Cally intact and loose all of them,,,, just maybe we can have a moral victory and score one or two touchdowns.

Step three, fire the coaches and still loose the rest of the games,, we could let Larry the cable guy fill in til the season is over,, at least we would put butts in the seats instead of in the headsets.
