So, they only have to be entered into the portal?  I thought it was saying the entire transfer had to be completed by that date.

As reference by @Red Five above, the way I've seen it explained is they just have to be in the portal by then.

Or we are moving Brody to the DL because of his football IQ......Unsure why we'd use Brody in that video, I'd lean towards Mathis.  Although 247 shows the crystal ball as 100% to UT.....
