We have made a lot of changes on the offensive side which I think are very significant. It may take a few games to work out the kinks, but now I am wondering if we have any glaring holes on defense given some attrition.  Does the offense take a couple steps forward next season while the defense takes a step back?

Yes and no. Yes because we are losing some really talented players, but no because if the offense is clicking and we are up say 2 or 3 touchdowns Chins will be able to coach the defense differently so he will be able to apply pressure differently than the past 4 years.
