Possible illegal link?

Apparently Blaze1up, nice name douchebag, has posted a link that may be illegal in reference to music. It can be found in the link listed below. I'm not familiar with this website, but I assume it's a free download website which would be an issue.

The site itself isn't illegal, and it provides a link to report abuse and piracy. I don't think we can do anything because of that. But we can't report the abuse on the site, either - you have to be the copyright holder to do that. Up to the band to do something about it.

Yeah, that picture is pretty racist IMO. I haven't cared for blaze since he joined. Doesn't add much to the board from what I've seen.

Mr. Blaze has posted a video HERE that describes KSU players and Manhattan as "sh**ty." I know I'm more prudish than most with swearing on the boards, so before I got crazy with a warning, I wanted to run it by you guys.

Approve? Disapprove and move to the Shed (or "offending posts" thread to keep it updated)? Or does this deserve a warning? If so it would be his third, and that brings consequences. Need some advice here.

I'd leave it. I think this is the kind of thing that people expect from a forum like ours. If someone complains, we'll consider what they have to say. But overall, I think this will be okay.
