Problems on phone again

OK....now I have another problem with the board that makes no sense.

Now....if I try to get on the board with my phone it tells me "an error occurred". If I read farther, it says "[#2000] you are not allowed to visit this community"

However, I can get on using my computer.

Any ideas on what is going on?

When this happens, is your phone on WIFI or your carrier's data network?

Ive tried it on both wifi and Verizon network.

FYI....I have an iPhone 5 and am using Chrome.

Okay - give Safari a try. Chrome has been flakey in a number of cases. Let us know.

I'm using Chrome because Safari wasn't working.

I don't use the mobile version of Chrome, so I don't know if it's possible, but is there any kind of "reset" you can do to the browser? Or perhaps closing all running apps and powering off your phone for a while?
