****Purdue Game Day Thread****

Don’t get me wrong, I think Haarberg is a bad QB and I really hope we get ourselves a real QB next year but Sims looks like a deer in headlights all the time and he is a turnover machine
One could argue the same for Haarberg. He looks less decisive while running and opens himself up to punishing tackles far too often. I’m glad we have found the deep ball the past few weeks because he hasn’t been a very reliable runner.

I believe we will need Sims again this year (whether due to injuries, poor play, etc.) so hopefully he stays focused to be ready when his number is called.

Why not purdy? Just asking. Do you think sims is better than purdy?

They have Sims as 2nd right? However... if they don't tackle QB in practice, which I doubt they do, that is probably why Sims is #2. Probably won't know if Purdy has the same problems until he actually plays in a game.

I've been an advocate for putting in Sims for limited plays, No matter how bad HH is, I will never suggest putting in Sims again- I know Purdy is crap for this type offense but at the "supposedly end of the game why not? oh yeah see Sims play today- BTW Where is Purdy? we need to get his picture out on a milk carton
