We really use the wrong RB's for many of these plays, why would Dowdell run to the outside when he's always running inside, RJ can run to the outside but don't give him the play on that.  I have to wonder sometimes what goes through these coaches heads.

He is not a power runner.  If the staff thinks he is…… Might need to reevaluate some staff.  Just saying.

Dowdell should not be our starting running back. His role would be suited better for closing out games when we have a lead.

The young man just doesn't have the elusiveness and speed that Nebraska needs for its starter.

realize first game was against a lesser opponent but I liked the way they rotated in RBs and kept them fresh and used different running styles....
