I dont think that was the intent when he got here, but kids change their mind and stranger things have happened in the recruiting game.

Or Kaelin realizes that there's a good chance Raiola is only a 3 year guy and Kaelin is willing to sit and develop. Plus, as of right now Kaelin could easily be #2 going into next year. 

Or simply looked at our recent QB injury history. Each year for at least the past 5-6 has had a backup QB start at least one game a season, and often required a third string QB to play meaningful minutes.

In fairness, that's mostly because the running backs and receivers have been terrible. The only way Nebraska was able to move the ball was through QB runs.

Yeah….Toure and Palmer are in the NFL because we had no weapons on offense.

We were hit with injuries, depth was not there & we had use young players who were not ready. They improved, but our qb's had trouble reading the Def.

Yeah, now look at the 15 high school receivers recruited that weren't one year rentals. They were non factors.

The runningbacks have be equally as bad.

UGA 247 guy said despite all the chatter he still thinks Raiola signs with Nebraska. He said UGA coaches will continue to try to communicate with him but that it's just a matter of when the :bigredn: announcement is made.
