QBR Stats

I think our RB group is good enough this year.  If anything, they have been misused or not used at times.  Stanley was a 50/50 jump baller who commanded respect, so also got Speilman open in return.  We are definitely hurting not have a 1-2 WR combo.  It sucks seeing Martinez overthrow our short receivers constantly, but he also misfires to our tall TEs and doesn't see players streaking wide open.

I’m still wondering.......

Was AM really that good last year or was Stanley, Devine and Morgan able to cover up potential issues?

We also lost two pretty good offensive linemen in Farmer and Foster and it has shown this season with the QB under pressure on almost every down.  Those two losses didn't seem big over the summer (they weren't exactly first, or second, or even third team Big10) but once this season began you could see something was very wrong with the line.
