Question for our members in law enforcement

Cabelas is having their law enforcement trade in sale this weekend. I need to get another hand gun and their special is a Glock .40 cal with 2 mags and case. My question is, in your opinion, what kind of shape are these guns in when they are finally taken out of service.

Just depends on the departments firearms program. I know our program is outstanding, but I'm a little biased as I'm one of the firearms instructors and armorers. Unless the gun is gone through annually like Glock expects I wouldn't buy it. If you buy one you can call Glock and give them the serial number and they'll tell you everything about the gun. I armored one from Baltimore PD.................dirtiest gun I've ever been around. I told the guy not to buy it........
