Kavanaugh is 100% in the tank for gerrymandering and voter supression. The Court has held that racial gerrymandering is illegal, but this isn't gerrymandering and I doubt any of the conservatives jurists are amenable to this is race-based voter suppression. They'll probably ask for minimal evidence Kemp is trying to process this (I'm sure he's just very short-staffed and they're just overwhelmed!) and they'll make this problem go away with a wave of their hand.

Voters lose. Republicans win.
