The density of most silicone used in breast implants is 0.968 to 1.29 (H2O=1.000)

Saline used for implants can be a little more dense, but it is negligible.

Unless you're swimming in really salty water, they shouldn't float.

A question for the more knowledgeable. Sometimes I am able to copy and paste pics here but other times I get a message that says I can't use that field. I have several pics I received in an email I just tried to C & P but can't post them. Can anyone explain this?
