RB Corey Clement [Wisconsin Commit]

yeah a gut feeling.. nothing more.... though he said he enjoyed his visit and gave us super marks it almost seemed luke warm..... so i dont know he had an awesome time but i dont think it will translate to a committ to us.... but with Pitt being Pitt you never know

 
Man I really want this guy. Those are incredible numbers! If we could get any combination of Newby, Clement or Kemp I would be one happy camper.

 
He has now visited Pittsburgh, Nebraska and Notre Dame. He has an official set up to Wisconsin and then he will commit. He said he fit in well with the Nebraska program but that the location felt to isolated to him. He wants somewhere more like the east coast and Notre Dame felt that way to him so he thought it was a better fit overall.

I think we've lost this one boys.

 
he tried to commit to notre dame while on his visit but they did not accept his committment because they still have other guys higher on the board at this point. I think we did the same thing with jo jo kemp after his visit to nebraska.

I hope we didn't! Jojo is going to be one heck of a special player. Sucks about Clement. But if we can land Newby and Jojo I would be very happy with that running back class.

 
I REALLY think we just need to lock up kemp. we can continue to work on newby, he isnt afraid of competition. Kemp is very underrated and will be a heck of a college athlete. One I dont want to miss out on

 
another huge bump for clement in the 247 rankings. he is now rated a very high 4 star and is darn near 5 star status by 247. moved from 122 to 77 overall
