It's against the law to confirm whether, or not a student has transferred? :dunno

I think the school is allowed to say whether a student attends the school or not.

So far the only 'evidence' of it is students at the school confirming it, and one person says they called Oku's former high school and they also confirmed it. Who knows? Could be a prank, you know.

On 1620 they just acknowledged the rumor but laughed it off. No real information.
