It not even a comparable analogy. Michigan St is the little brother to Michigan because they are in the same state. If you wanted to extent that comparison to Nebraska and Wisconsin (which does not work because of the historic difference in these two programs), it should be that Nebraska is the kid neighbor who follows Wisconsin around. Just lazy journalism, even for a hit job.
