I'm a Mod at another forum and with most forum software it's pretty standard to be able to DNS trace your members. You can do that here, yes?

I would love to know if Cornhuskers has the same/similar ISP as some of our recently banned members. I would triple-dog guarantee that this isn't this guy's first go-round here at HB.

 
Those that are admin i.e. Burning Bush status, may have that ability. A lowly modest mod such as myself does not. :)
