Reported Posts

^ What OKC said. When clicked, it says "do not have permission to access report center."

Actually, are these tools (like IP lookup) supposed to be just admin-specific? Because if we do get the reports via PM, that's just fine too.

Okay - there must be another setting I need to hit. Let me play with it some more. Keep checking the bar, and when you can see the list of 5 active reports, sing out in this thread.

I can access the report center now, but there are still 0 reports listed. Maybe it's something that doesn't retroactively apply.

I'm here a little late, but I've just poked into the report section and I had access. There's a control on the upper right that allows you to set notifications. I set mine to "Notification by Private Message," so we'll do a test and see if I get a PM. I'll report a post in the Mod Test forums.

EDIT - no luck. For good measure I reported a post in the Contest Crib, but nothing. Anyone else get a PM? Maybe I don't get one for posts I've reported? There's also nothing in the reporting section that I could see.

I have mine set up for email notification, and I'm not getting any. On the other hand, I'm not getting any notification of posts to topics in which I've posted, either. Very odd.

Just a note - I've attempted to clean up the Reported Posts. At the moment, it's showing three that are unresolved. Of the three, one I've sent a PM to the person reporting asking for more information (I posted a comment on that in the reported post). The other two are allegations of paid content being posted. One of those is from the member girlsknowfootball. I know that ETR emailed about that, and received a reply from "her" that she was not posting paid content.

For those of you that have subscriptions to Rivals, Scouts, etc., you might check and see if those two reports are actually postings of paid content. If so, just PM the posters and let them know that's not permissible, and a second violation will result in a ban.

Then, if you would, post a comment to the Reported Post of your actions, and mark it as Complete. Thanks.

I still have nothing in Reported Posts. The toolbar up top says 0 Active Reports, and when I click it there's nothing there.

The other tools on that toolbar work for me. I've been able to look up some members and I've poked into the Manage Announcements section.
