Well if that returning production is coached better all the way around, maybe that should greatly improve our prospects in spite of the low returning production.

You're right, but I bet the coaches are happy they have Morgan and Spielman to work with on offense. 

Guys that have proven they can compete and succeed at this level is still worth something.

It's certainly worth something, I'm not meaning to imply otherwise. In a normal case, though, returning experience is a very key predictor, whereas in such a coaching change, it means an awful lot less.
