Rolls For Meatball Subs Or Your Favorite Subs:
1 Cup Warm Water
1 T. Oil
1 Beaten Egg
3-1/2 Cups Bread Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
2-1/2 Tsp. Bread Machine Yeast
Place everything in the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Turn on the dough cycle. When finished, turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Separate into 6 equal portions and shape into long loaves. Place on a greased baking sheet, cover and allow to rise 20 to 25 minutes. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Brush with butter.
