You are right it is Southern Mississippi instead of Ole Miss.

There is an article on Scout saying he will hold a press conference on Wednesday (the story was released today, the 31st). Now, unless I'm bad at math, or somehow the implications of signing day are unclear to me, why would he hold a press conference the day after he signs with whoever he's going to sign with?
By the way, he's not taking the visit to Michigan, and it's down between Nebraska, Southern Miss, and Mississippi State.

PJ Smith didn't kill anything. If Mitchell wanted to come, we would make room for him in this class.
And he didn't write us off either. As I said, just as of yesterday we were sitting in terrific position with him. Momma must have convinced him to stay home. Those southern moms are too proud to back down from what they really want.
