Two weeks ago, Elliott said his top 4 are Oklahoma State, A&M, Baylor and Texas Tech (in order). He is really likes Coach Duffie at Okie St and has them on top because of that and that he was their first offer at safety.

Also, he does not want to play linebacker, only safety. The Baylor offer is for LB, and says he has them in the top 4 despite that.

Wants offers from LSU and Arkansas (has family there).

Wants to commit by the end of spring ball.
