Sarah Karges has come a long way since her days as a Nebraska farm girl. She spent the first 10 years of her life on her father's turkey farm and was later a tomboy who ran cross country on the track team. She moved to Los Angeles a month after graduating from high school. That was almost three years ago. Sarah pays her dues as a cocktail waitress in a Hollywood club, but she made her first big splash after appearing in last November's issue of Stuff Magazine wearing a thong.
