Same guy. We never banned the "Benard" account, and in fact it's still active. I'm going to remove the suspension - guy is dumb as a rock, but he's never done anything ban-worthy to date other than creating accounts. I think in some cases he did that because he forgot his log on credentials. In other words, he's pretty harmless.
I'm pretty sure he was either a student or a employee of some kind of school. But no way he could be an educator. His grammar and spelling are atrocious and his reasoning or logic is poor.
